Ownership of Intellectual Property

Welcome to Corazón Salvado® ("Saved Heart").

All original works, content, branding, and intellectual property published, displayed, distributed, performed, or otherwise made available by Corazón Salvado® are the exclusive property of Juan Gabriel Rodriguez, Founder and Owner.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Musical compositions
• Sound recordings and master recordings
• Song lyrics
• Musical arrangements
• Live and recorded performances
• Audio and video productions
• Logos, trademarks, service marks, and branding
• Website design, graphics, artwork, and photography
• Written publications, devotionals, articles, and promotional materials
• Digital downloads and multimedia content
• Social media content
• All other original creative works developed under the Corazón Salvado® name

These works are protected by the United States Copyright Act, the Lanham Act, applicable federal and state trademark laws, international intellectual property treaties, and all other applicable laws governing the protection of intellectual property.

Registered Copyrights & Trademarks

The music, creative works, and brand assets of Corazón Salvado® have been legally registered and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Juan Gabriel Rodriguez retains all exclusive rights provided under these registrations, including the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, publish, license, adapt, and otherwise control the use of his intellectual property.

Unauthorized Use Strictly Prohibited

No individual, business, church, ministry, nonprofit organization, artist, producer, publisher, broadcaster, content creator, media outlet, or other third party is authorized to use any copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to Corazón Salvado® without prior written authorization.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Copying or reproducing music or lyrics
• Recording or re-recording songs
• Sampling musical compositions or sound recordings
• Uploading, downloading, distributing, or sharing protected content
• Streaming, broadcasting, or publicly performing copyrighted works
• Creating derivative works or adaptations
• Using Corazón Salvado® logos, trademarks, or branding
• Selling, licensing, or monetizing any protected material
• Using any intellectual property for commercial, promotional, educational, or ministry purposes without written permission

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright and/or trademark infringement and may subject the responsible party to legal action and all remedies available under applicable law.

Licensing & Permission Requests

All requests to reproduce, perform, record, publish, distribute, translate, synchronize, sample, license, or otherwise use any intellectual property owned by CorazónSalvado® must be submitted exclusively through legal counsel.

No verbal permission, social media communication, text message, email correspondence outside the office of Delgado Entertainment Law, or implied consent shall constitute authorization.

Only a written license or written authorization issued through Delgado Entertainment Law, PLLC on behalf of Juan Gabriel Rodriguez shall be considered valid.

Enforcement of Rights

Juan Gabriel Rodriguez actively monitors and protects all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Corazón Salvado®.

Any unauthorized use, infringement, misappropriation, or violation of these rights may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to:

• Cease-and-desist demands
• Copyright infringement claims
• Trademark infringement claims
• Temporary or permanent injunctive relief
• Recovery of statutory damages, actual damages, and profits where permitted by law
• Recovery of attorneys' fees and legal costs where authorized by law
• Any additional remedies available under federal, state, or international law

Failure to enforce any provision of this policy in one instance shall not constitute a waiver of any rights.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Nothing contained on this website or through any Corazón Salvado® platform grants any person or entity any ownership interest, license, permission, or other right to use any copyrighted work, trademark, service mark, logo, music, recording, lyric, or other intellectual property without prior written authorization.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Juan Gabriel Rodriguez and agree to respect those rights.
